I think you have a lot of interesting explanations here. Try to focus even more on your controlling idea of controlling alcohol intake by developing your general ideas and focusing on how they relate to managing alcoholism. Also, you are missing specific proof by using a paraphrase.

The beer for work program is the best idea program for the people with alcohol dependency. That program provides a job for the alcoholic peoples as a cleaner. This program provides a job for the alcoholic persons that’s helps them busy with their working schedule and in return they can exchange with the beer. This program helps the person who had alcohol addiction in order to limit their alcohol consumption. If the person is jobless he or she is possible to get more depression that could make more mistakes or commit crime. They get more chance to drink more alcohol all time that could lead their health deteriorate. The advantage of this beer program provide them with promote the alcoholic people to regain their self-esteem. The advantage of that program is to assist their physical and psychological wellbeing. This program is not only helping them to participate into the recovery program of alcohol addiction but also help the environment clean. The disadvantage of the beer program is encouraging the alcoholic peoples to continue to drink beer instead of cutting the alcohol intake that could still affect their health. But I understand that it is difficult to ask the alcoholic people to stop drinking. Also, the member of council thinks that this program is wasting the government money. In my opinion, it is very difficult to tell someone to quit the alcohol intake. This beer program a good way to limit their alcohol intake and also indirectly help them stop drinking strong alcohol. But this program a less dangerous substitute for the alcoholic peoples and , in a controlled environment.
