Progressive fines are a fair system for everyone. We are all supposed to be equal under

the law, and when it comes to breaking the laws, people should be impacted by the punishment

close to the same. Progressive fines are based on the income. If people break the laws, they will

be fined with the same percentage of their income for the penalty. It’s fair! Whatever you are

poor or rich, you all will be hurt by the punishment. Dartagnan (2015) shows us that Mr.Kuisla, a

millionaire, who is from Finland, was fined $58,000 due to he drives over speed limit. For the

huge number, he felt very angry and even wanted to leave the country, but the public felt it was

fair. The progressive fines are adjusted so that the personal impact to the person is more equal.

Rich people are not easy to pay for their freedom, and poor people will not get into trouble

because of a ticket. Their behaviors are all bound by the fair fines system.

Passive Voice Errors:

Progressive  fines  and  taxes  use  for  social  programs.

The  student  doesn't  need  to  pay  any  tuition  and  meal supplied.

traffic fines, or other fines, would calculate based on your income,

Courts consider some mitigating factors and his fines reduce to about $7000.

Sentence Connection Errors:

They don’t need to pay tuition fees and meals supplied for students.  For example, in my

country, if you paid  for  kindergarten  through  college,  it  would  cost  between  $80,000

and  $220,000.

Finland  is  also investing  money  from  progressive  taxes  and  fines  into  the  people’s

social  welfare. Such  as, Finland  has  a  successful  education  and  medical  system.

That is a cool way of equally distributing justice. Because it treats everyone equally.

People say that the young generation is our future hope. In order, the young generation

can be our good hope for the future. They need to have an outstanding education.

At second, Progressive fines can make the rich have awe of the law.
