Please write two paragraphs in response to the following prompt: "Are progressive taxes and fines a good idea for a nation?"
Both paragraphs should use a paraphrase from the "Millionaire..." article to support the topic sentence.
Remember to introduce the paraphrase correctly.
Use at least two explanations before the paraphrase.
