We’ll try this with the reading for next week: “Who Lives Longer?” by Patricia Skalka, pages 117-119

 

1. Read the whole first paragraph.

2. Read the first sentence of the rest of the paragraphs.

3. Read the entire concluding paragraph.

4. Now, read the whole article quickly.

5. After you read the article, close your book. Write down words and phrases that you remember.

 

6. After you have a list of words and phrases, look at them and try to reconstruct the article.
